City of WL & Missing Documents

The City of Williams Lake has recently trumpeted its' Pavement Management Plan as the catalyst for the paving of several streets during the month of October.  However, this document was supposed to be in the public domain in January of this year - As one taxpayer, I'd like to know where this document is and why it isn't available for public consumption yet, as the City promised that in January of this year?

And while I'm at it - several individuals including John Dressler from the City's own Water Advisory Committee are looking for the Piteau report which is supposed to give a description on the status of the City's aquifer.  However, attempts to secure the report have met with delay tatics from City Staff.  Again - if the report is ready, then it should be released to the public so they can see it for themselves.  With Prosperity Mine's approval coming any day and expansion requests from CRD Electoral Area 'E' residents and Sugarcane, we need to know if the City's aquifer is up to the task for these 2 expansion projects plus serving residents' in the City.  That is what a prudent and good local government does
