As I personally suspected - local City Councillor Laurie Walters will be seeking a 2nd term on Williams Lake City Council. This information is courtesy of a Facebook page, set up by her daughter Lindsay, supporting Ms. Walters' re-election bid for WL City Council. You can view that Facebook page here. As of a few minutes ago, she had 219 supporters on the page
Also - on this Facebook page, Rob Zacharias (former Zone 6 School District #27 Trustee) states that he intends to run again in November. So, could we see a Rob Zacharias vs Bruce Mack race for the School District #27 Zone 6 (City of WL) Trustee position...? Sure looks like it. No official word yet if Bruce Mack will, in fact, seek re-election or not, but he doesn't have to do anything until October 14th (last day to file nomination papers)
