Interesting turn in the Skakun Censure case

In what I would classify as a "interesting turn" in the case of a possible censure against Prince George City Councillor Brian Skakun - Debora Munoz, also a PG City Councillor, has decided not to partcipate in any further censure proceedings against Mr. Skakun - according to documents obtained by the Prince George Citizen
