Earlier today - CRD Area 'E' resident Patricia Barron speaks on the CRD/City of WL Rural Fire Protection fight to CBC Daybreak Kamloops. She personally wants to see the whole situation resolved by negotiation or, in the alternative, a new CRD Rural Fire Department established. It should be noted that Ms. Barron's view would be in the minority as the recent CRD Survey points out that the majority (60% of those surveyed) want the Regional District to continue to pursue legal action to force the City of Williams Lake to honour its' 1st deal (Oct 2012) to provide fire protection
