* May 1st -- Attended the 2024 AGM/Annual General Meeting of the McLeese Lake Recreation Commission Society, held at the McLeese Lake Community Hall

* May 3rd -- Attended Meetings of the CCRHD/Cariboo RD Boards

* May 4th - Cariboo Fire Centre Community Wildfire Preparedness Event at the Cariboo Fire Centre HQ (Airport Road)

* May 5th - McLeese Lake Community Wildfire Preparedness Event, held at McLeese Lake Community Hall

* May 9th - Poverty Thrive Project Video Launch

* May 21-23 -- Attended the "Keeping It Rural Conference" in Kelowna BC with Cariboo RD Area "B" (Quesnel West-Bouchie Lake) Director Barb Bachmeier

* May 23rd - Central Cariboo Joint Committee Meeting

* May 24th -- Attended Meetings of the CCRHD/Cariboo RD Boards

* May 30th -- Attended monthly meeting of the Williams Lake and District Chamber of Commerce with Cariboo RD Area "E" (South Lakeside/Dog Creek) Director (and Cariboo RD Board Vice-Chair) Melynda Neufeld and Williams Lake Mayor Surinderpal Rathor

In addition -- responded to inquiries from Cariboo RD Area "D" resident via social media, phone/text or email

As for expenses submitted in the month of May 2024:

* May 3rd/24th -- Meetings of the Cariboo Chilcotin Regional Hospital District and Cariboo Regional District Boards' -- $412

* May 21-23 -- Keeping it Rural Conference.  Breakdown -- Hotel, $382.80; Conference Fee, $418.94 and Mileage, $305.90.  Hotel/Conference Fee paid via Regional District Corporate Credit Card and mileage is re-imbursed upon approval of Regional District Finance Department

* May 23rd --  Central Cariboo Joint Committee Meeting -- $83
