Steve's Meeting/Expense Calendar - June 2025

During the month of June 2025 -- I attended the following meetings or events:

* June 10-12-- 2025 Keeping It Rural Conference in Kelowna, BC

* June 13 -- Workshop to develop a new CWRP/Community Wildfire Resiliency Plan for Cariboo RD Areas D,E,F,G,H,L in Williams Lake 

* June 19/20 -- Board on the Road event at 108 Mile House/ Ckultenellcw Cultural Centre (Committee of the Whole as well as regular meetings of the Cariboo-Chilcotin Regional Hospital District/Cariboo Regional District Boards')

* June 23 -- UBCM Webinar on changing BC Local Government legislation to expand Closed Meeting Regulations (FOIPPA Act/Community Charter)  

In addition, responded to monthly inquiries from Cariboo RD Area "D" residents via phone/text, email or social media as well as staying in regular contact with the Cariboo RD Area "D" Alternate Director as a "sounding board"...

Monthly Expenses submitted in June 2025:

* June 10-12 for Keeping It Rural Conference in Kelowna, BC

i) Registration –$500.00

ii) Hotel – $664.29

Funding Source: Area "D" Director Initiative Fund (local taxation)

* June 19-20 for Board on the Road event at 108 Mile House/Ckultenellcw Cultural Centre (Committee of the Whole as well as regular meetings of the Cariboo-Chilcotin Regional Hospital District(CCRHD)/Cariboo Regional District Boards')

i) $206 for Committee of the Whole on June 19

ii) $206 for CCRHD/Cariboo RD Board Meetings on June 20

iii) $106.56 for mileage between Williams Lake - 108 Mile House and return on June 20
