Harry Lali apologizes... for a 2nd time

For a 2nd time as in many weeks - NDP Fraser-Nicola MLA Harry Lali has admitted that recent newspaper ads in the Kamloops area violated BC Legislature rules.  Read the story from the Kamloops Daily News here
