* May 1st, 2025 -- 2025 AGM/Annual General Meeting of the McLeese Lake Recreation Commission Society including facilitating the annual election process.... 

* May 2nd, 2025 -- CCRHD/Cariboo RD Board Meetings

* May 7th, 2025 -- BC Wildfire Service Webinar on Open Fire Prohibitions and Trident Inc Fire Protection system demo at the McLeese Lake Community Hall... 

* May 8th, 2025 -- Meeting between Cariboo RD Area "D" Director and Xat'sull First Nation Chief/Council 

* May 10, 2025 -- Wildfire Preparedness Day at the Wildwood VFD Fire Hall and Healthcare Town Hall meeting in Quesnel, hosted by Prince George-North Cariboo MLA Sheldon Clare 

* May 11-15, 2025 -- 2025 NCLGA/North Central Local Government Association's AGM/Convention in the City of Prince Rupert

* May 20th, 2025 -- North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus (presentations from Ministry of Transportation/Transit and Emcon Services regarding road maintenance in Service Area 18 - North Cariboo)

* May 21st, 2025 -- Central Cariboo Joint Committee Meeting

* May 22nd, 2025 -- Central Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus 

* May 23rd, 2025 -- CCRHD/Cariboo RD Board Meetings

* May 29th to June 1st, 2025 -- 2025 FCM/Federation of Canadian Municipalities Convention in Ottawa, ON 

In addition -- ongoing contact with the Cariboo RD Area "D" Alternate Director A. Bennetts so she is aware of what I am working on as well as responding to monthly inquiries from Cariboo RD Area "D" residents via phone/text, social media, personal contact "on the street" or via email

Expenses submitted in the month of May 2025:

1) May 11-15, 2025 -- 2025 NCLGA/North Central Local Government Association's AGM/Convention in the City of Prince Rupert

* Daily Fees -- $399

* Hotel Costs -- unknown as part of a Cariboo RD Hotel Block

* Mileage -- $1,373.76 (Williams Lake - Prince Rupert round trip) 

Funding Source: Electoral Area Administration 

2) May 20th, 2025 -- North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus Meeting [$86.40 for mileage between Williams Lake to Quesnel round trip]

3) May 21st, 2025 -- Central Cariboo Joint Committee Meeting [$83.00]

4) May 29th to June 1st, 2025 -- 2025 FCM/Federation of Canadian Municipalities Convention:

* Airfare with Air Canada from Kamloops to Ottawa (via Vancouver) and return -- $829.91 (with 10% discount)

* Hotel -- $187.00 a night for 5 nights + cleaning fees + taxes = $1,360.19

* FCM Registration Fee - $1,350.35

Total = $3,540.45 (Funding Source: Area "D" Director Initiative Fund)
