This afternoon - the City of Fort St John issued a press release advising that it was preparing to enter into negotiations with the Province over a new Fair Share Agreement to 2030. The Province has now committed to the current Fair Share agreement for 2015.
Hopefully - this is a good sign that an agreement for Fair Share can be arrived at for the Northeast communities of Chetwynd, Hudson's Hope, Taylor, Tumbler Ridge, Dawson Creek, Fort St. John, Pouce Coupe and the Peace River Regional District
