WL Tribune reports that the Cariboo Regional District Area 'F' Director Duncan Barnett is stepping aside and allowing his Alternate Director, Joan Sorley, to manage the affairs in Area 'F' pending resolution of Duncan Barnett's 2nd lawsuit against the CRD. More info here
