Discussion ensued thereon by Committee members.

The Committee recommended to Council:

That Council give public notice of its intention to amend Council Procedure Bylaw No. 1940, 2004, pursuant to Section 124 of the Community Charter

2) 2010 - 2014 Financial Plan

The General Manager of Corporate Services & Councillor Barr presented this item to the Committee
