In a strange twist, Terrance Robertson, the Special Prosecutor in the Kash Heed Election court case, suddenly stepped down, due to a perceived conflict of interest which took place an hour after the Premier's office announced that Kash Heed would be re-appointed as Solicitor-General and Minister of Public Safety.
The perceived conflict of interest relates to Mr. Robertson's law firm donating $1,000 to the Kash Heed Election Campaign during the May 12th, 2009 Provincial General Election.
