Mike DeJong (Attorney-General) re-appointed acting Solicitor-General
As in the case of the 1st resignation of Kash Heed as Solicitor-General & Minister of Public Safety, the Premier of BC (Hon. Gordon Campbell) has re-appointed the Hon. Mike De Jong (Attorney-General) as acting Solicitor-General and Minister of Public Safety in light of Kash Heed's 2nd resignation as Solicitor-General following the revelation that Mr. Robertson's law firm donated $1,000 to the Kash Heed Election Campaign in 2009 and the fact that there is a potential for a perceived conflict on interest for Mr. Robertson to continue to prosecute the court case involving the Campaign Manager & Financial Agent of MLA Heed's election campaign in 2009
