Steve's Meeting/Expense Calendar - December 2022

In the month of December 2022 -- I attended the following meetings or events:

* Dec 1st - Virtual NCLGA/North Central Local Government Association Delegation to meet with BC's Environment Minister - the Hon. George Heyman about 2022 NCLGA Resolutions involving his Ministry

* Dec 2nd -- 2022-26 Cariboo RD Board Orientation Session

* Dec 5th - Participated in Cariboo RD Board Meeting with Esk'etemc (Alkali Lake) Kukpi7 (Chief) Fred Robbins re: Reconciliation and 10th Anniversary Truth/Reconciliation Event in the Cariboo-Chilcotin 

* Dec 6th -- Virtual (MS Teams) NCLGA/North Central Local Government Association Delegation to meet with BC's Municipal Affairs' Minister - previously the Hon. Nathan Cullen (now the Hon. Anne Kang) about 2022 NCLGA Resolutions involving his Ministry and then attended the monthly meeting of the McLeese Lake Recreation Commission

* Dec 8th - Cariboo RD Committee of the Whole Session and then the Regional District's Finance/Budget Committee meeting to review the draft 2023 Cariboo RD Budget/2023-2027 Five Year Financial Plan

* Dec 9th - CCRHD/Cariboo RD Board Meetings

* Dec 10th - Virtual (Zoom) meeting of the NCLGA Board of Directors'

* Dec 13th - Central Cariboo Arts/Culture Society's Board of Directors' meeting in my capacity as the Cariboo Regional District's Central Cariboo Area Director Liaison

* December 14th - 2023 NCLGA AGM Planning Committee Meeting, via Zoom

* December 21st - Cariboo RD Area "D" Advisory Planning Commission meeting via teleconference

In addition -- regular phone check in meetings with NCLGA's Executive Director as well as responding to inquiries from Cariboo RD Area "D" residents' via telephone/email/text message or social media

 As to expenses submitted in the month of December 2022:

* December 8th -- Meetings of Cariboo RD's Committee of the Whole/Finance Committee ($206.00)

* December 9th - Meetings of CCRHD/Cariboo RD Boards' ($206.00)
