Meeting called to order at 2:05pm - held via MS Teams and transmitted via the Cariboo RD Boardroom in Williams Lake

The Chair recognized the various Indigenous territories where members of the Committee were participating from

Business:

The Committee discussed the following items:

* Amended Draft Memorandum of Understanding for Emergency Management Coordination with Nazko First Nation

* Indigenous Relations Framework Implementation

* NCLGA Indigenous Relations Committee

* Nazko First Nation AGM/Attendance by CRD Board Chair + Staff 

Following discussion, the Committee agreed to make 1 recommendation to the Regional Board for its' consideration: 

That the amended draft Memorandum of Understanding between Nazko First Nation and the Cariboo Regional District to strengthen emergency management coordination be endorsed, as presented

And then the Committee adjourned at 2:48pm
