$22000 Grant in Aid for an organization that just received more than $100,000 US from the sale of the cedar rocket from Pioneer and Mayor Cobb is on the Board of Directors for that private club? Doesn't pass the smell test given the fact they've just requested Council endorsement for a Federal grant for kitchen upgrades. Is this Council's way of providing financial support (again!) through the back door?
