Steve's Meeting/Expense Calendar - February 2019

In the month of February 2019 -- I attended the following meetings or events:

Feb 5th - Popped in to the Red Bluff Sewer Budget Consultation Meeting

Feb 7th - Media Training with Cariboo Regional District Board members

Feb 8th -- CCRHD/Cariboo RD Board Meetings

Feb 11th - Participated in a "Charge North" Conference Call (this relates to local government initiative across Central and Northern BC to install Electric Vehicle Charging Stations)

Feb 12th - Participated in Central Cariboo Arts/Culture Society Board of Directors', as the appointed Central Cariboo CRD Liaison

Feb 13th - Took a tour into Wildwood/Pine Valley with CRD Manager of Environment Services to idetnfy 2 new streetlights in Wildwood and site tour of Pine Valley Sewer system and then in the evening, took in the 150 Mile House VFD Budget Consultation Meeting at the 150 Mile Community Hall

Feb 15th - Emergency Preparedness Committee Meeting

Feb 24th - Attended local community meeting about Fire/Community Hall at Tyee Lake

Feb 28th - CCRHD, then Cariboo RD Board Committee of the Whole Sessions

In addition, responded to inquiries from Area D residents via email, phone, text or social media as well as responded to inquiries from CRD Staff and performing my role as the Regional District's Communications and Finance Chairs, as outlined in the terms of reference for these political positions...

For expenses submitted in the month of February 2019:

* Feb 8th -- $206 for CCRHD and Cariboo RD Board Meetings

* Feb 28th - $206 for CCRHD/Cariboo RD Committee of the Whole sessions
