Steve's Meeting/Expense Calendar - March 2022

In the month of March 2022 -- I attended the following meetings/events:

* March 1st -- McLeese Lake Recreation Commission monthly meeting

* March 4th -- NCLGA 2022 Convention Organizing Committee meeting

* March 8th -- CCACS Society Board of Directors' meeting, in my capacity as the CRD Central Cariboo Director Liaison

* March 9th (12pm) -- NCLGA Executive Committee meeting, then at 7pm - Virtual Public Consultation meeting with CRD Pine Valley Sewer System users re: increase to user fee for the Pine Valley Sewer System for 2022

* March 11th -- NCLGA 2022 Convention Organizing Committee meeting

* March 13th - Wildwood Community Association meeting

* March 17th - Regional District "Committee of the Whole" session (day) then at 6pm, virtual attendance at the Ministry of Transportation's Zoom Presentation - "Update: Cariboo Road Recovery Projects"

* March 18th - Cariboo RD/CCRHD Board Meetings & NCLGA 2022 Convention Organizing Committee meeting

* March 21st - Special NCLGA Executive Committee meeting

* March 23rd - Central Cariboo Rural Directors' Caucus and Central Cariboo Joint Committee meetings'

* March 24th - Cariboo RD Area "D" Advisory Planning Commission meeting, via teleconference (attended in observer capacity)

* March 25th - Interview with SFU Researchers re: Local Government Public Hearing Process and NCLGA 2022 Convention Organizing Committee 

* March 31st - Gibraltar Mines "Technical Advisory Committee" meeting as well as the monthly meeting of the Williams Lake and District Chamber of Commerce

In addition to the above -- responded to inquiries from Cariboo RD Area "D" residents' via social media, phone/text or email... 

As to expenses submitted in the month of March 2022:

* March 18th   (CRD/CCRHD Board Meetings) -- $206
