Steve's Meeting/Expense Calendar - October 2022

In the month of October 2022 - I attended the following meetings or events:

* October 3rd -- Certificate of Appreciation Presentation to outgoing Prince George City Councillor Murry Krause on his 23 years of very significant contributions to BC Local Government (whether a PG City Councillor; Chair of the Fraser Fort George Regional Hospital District; previous NCLGA President and previous UBCM President), on behalf of the NCLGA/North Central Local Government Association

* October 4th - Attended monthly meeting of the McLeese Lake Recreation Commission 

* October 6th - Attended final meeting of both Cariboo-Chilcotin Regional Hospital District and Cariboo Regional District Board for the 2018-2022 term

* October 8th - Attended McLeese Lake VFD Society BBQ/Fire Prevention Week kick-off

* October 18th - Attended monthly meeting of the CCACS/Central Cariboo Arts/Culture Society's Board of Directors meeting, in my capacity as the Central Cariboo CRD Director Liaison

* October 19th - Attended final meeting of the Central Cariboo Joint Committee for 2018-2022 term

* October 27th -- Chaired the AGM Meeting of the Williams Lake and District Chamber of Commerce as well as had a conversation with MOTI's Cariboo District Manager, Ms. Sandi Griffiths, regarding road/drainage issues within Area "D" of the Cariboo Regional District (Fox Mountain, Tyee Lake, Soda Creek Valley, McLeese Lake)

* October 31st -- Attended the annual Wildwood Haunted House Halloween event at the Wildwood VFD Fire Hall (4253 Wildwood Rd, Wildwood).  Funding for this event comes from the Cariboo Regional District's "Central Cariboo Recreation Service" 

In addition -- held weekly phone meetings with the NCLGA's Executive Director in my capacity as the 2022-23 NCLGA President.  As well, responded to inquiries from Cariboo RD Area "D" residents via phone/text, email or social media

As to expenses submitted in the month of October 2022:

October 6th -- $206 to attend Cariboo-Chilcotin Regional Hospital District and Cariboo Regional District Board meetings

October 19th - $83 to attend Central Cariboo Joint Committee meeting
