Minutes of the CCRHD Board Meeting held November 10th, 2022 were received/adopted
The Board received its' Delegation Memorandum of Business
Business:
1) The Board gave 1st, 2nd, 3rd Reading and Adoption to the following Capital Expenditure Bylaws:
* Cariboo Chilcotin Regional Hospital District Capital Expenditure (IH – OHM Chiller Replacement) Bylaw No. 206, 2023
* Cariboo Chilcotin Regional Hospital District Capital Expenditure (IH – South Cariboo Health Centre Primary Care Network) Bylaw No. 207, 2023
* Cariboo Chilcotin Regional Hospital District Capital Expenditure (IH Wide Digital Health) Bylaw No. 208, 2023
2) The Board received the Consent Calendar as of February 3rd, 2023
Resolved -- That the CCRHD Board forward a letter of appreciation to outgoing Northern Health CEO Cathy Ulrich for her years of service to Northern Health and especially her commitment to healthcare in the Quesnel/North Cariboo area
3) The Board received the Healthcare Recruitment and Retention 2022 Quarter 4 Report, provided by Amy Reid, City of Quesnel's Manager of Economic Development and Tourism
Resolved - That the City of Quesnel Mgr. of Economic Development/Tourism be invited to a future CCRHD Board meeting to present on the work on health care recruitment/retention in the Quesnel/North Cariboo area...
At 9:42am -- the Board recessed to a Closed (In-Camera) Session as per Section 90(1j - information prohibited from public disclosure) of the Community Charter
At 10:38am-- the Board resumed its' Open Session
The Board adjourned at 10:38am
