Steve's Meeting/Expense Calendar - January 2023

In the month of January 2023 - I participated in the following meetings/events:

* January 9th -- led a virtual NCLGA delegation, via MS Teams, to meet with the Hon. Rob Fleming, BC's Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure to discuss a 2022 NCLGA Executive Resolution respecting Transportation concerns in the NCLGA Region

* January 11th -- participated in a virtual NCLGA 2023 AGM Organizing Committee meeting regarding planning for 2023 NCLGA AGM/Convention in the City of Dawson Creek in Treaty 8 Territory... 

* January 12th - Cariboo RD's Finance/Budget Committee Meeting

* January 13th - CCRHD/Cariboo RD Board Meetings

* January 25th -- Participated in meetings of Gibraltar Technical Advisory Committee; Cariboo RD's Emergency Preparedness Committee; Central Cariboo Rural Directors' Caucus and Central Cariboo Joint Committee

* January 26th - Attend monthly meeting of Williams Lake and District Chamber of Commerce

In addition to above -- weekly check-ins with NCLGA Staff in my capacity as 2022-23 NCLGA President as well as responding to inquiries from Cariboo RD Area D residents' either via social media, text, phone call or email

* January 12th -- Cariboo RD's Finance/Budget Committee Meeting ($83)

* January 13th --  CCRHD/Cariboo RD Board Meetings ($206)

* January 25th  -- Meetings of Cariboo RD's Emergency Preparedness Committee; Central Cariboo Rural Directors' Caucus and Central Cariboo Joint Committee ($133)
