Steve's Meeting/Expense Calendar - February 2023

In the month of February 2023 -- I attended the following meetings/events:

* Feb 2nd -- Committee of the Whole Session (Cariboo RD Board)

* Feb 3rd -- CCRHD/Cariboo RD Board Meetings

* Feb 14th - Observe meeting of the North Cariboo Joint Advisory Committee

* Feb 15th - Take Cariboo RD Area "D" Advisory Planning Commission for a Thank You Lunch

* Feb 21st - Participate in Cariboo RD Strategic Planning Session

* Feb 22-24 -- Participate in UBCM Committee/Board Meetings on behalf of NCLGA

* Feb 24 -- Afternoon Session of Cariboo RD Board Meeting

Also - held weekly phone check-ins with the NCLGA Executive Director in my capacity as 2022-23 NCLGA President.  As well, responded to inquiries from Cariboo RD Area D residents via social media, phone call/text or email.. 

During the month of February 2023 -- I submitted the following expenses:

* Feb 2nd -- $206 to attend Committee of the Whole Session (Cariboo RD Board)

* Feb 3rd -- $206 to attend CCRHD/Cariboo RD Board Meetings

* Feb 21st -- $130 to attend Cariboo RD Strategic Planning Session

* Feb 24th -- $130 to participate in afternoon session of Cariboo RD Board
