Editor's Note - I agree that the meeting was frustrating because there were no limits on speaking time and hence a productive meeting was not going to happen. Also - 6 people showed up, because of I believe, the "Public Comment" period and that too was denied, even though it was on the Agenda officially - either the Public Comment should be first or don't use it at all - making people sit through a 2+ meeting thinking they'll get a chance to comment and then don't get that opportunity is not how Council should be conducting its' budget meeting affairs...
