1) Good Neighbour Bylaw
The Bylaw Services Officer presented his report to the Committee
Discussion ensued thereon
Resolved - That it be recommended to Council:
That Council give 1st, 2nd and 3rd reading to Good Neighbour Bylaw 2194, 2014
2) Road Closure of Signal Point Road Lake Access
The Planner presented his report to the Committee
Discussion ensued thereon
Resolved - That Staff be requested to report back on Lake access inventory and options for development and;
That it be a policy of Council that the City does not sell Lake shore access
3) Delegation Request - Smoke Free Community
Resolved - That Staff be requested to report back on Council on a Smoke Free Bylaw in the City of Williams Lake
The Committee adjourned at 7:35pm and Williams Lake Council convened an In-Camera meeting as per Section 90(1)(e) of the Community Charter
