The Cariboo Regional District’s Chief Election Officer, Alice Johnston, has now declared the results as official for the North Cariboo Arena Replacement Project Referendum. A total of 3,235 North Cariboo residents participated in the referendum through advance polls, mail ballots and general voting day held this past Saturday.
