Meeting called to order at 3:00pm

The Chair recognized that the meeting was taking place on the traditional, unceded territory of the Williams Lake First Nation within Secwepemculecw

Meeting Agenda adopted

Minutes of the previous Caucus meeting were adopted

Business:

Caucus discussed the following items:

* Williams Lake Rural Fringe Fire Protection Proposed Agreement with City of Williams Lake

* CCCTA Tourism Marketing Initiative impact during wildfire season (at request of Director Forseth)

* Central Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus Terms of Reference (amend definition of "Quorum", as request of Director Forseth) 

And then Caucus adjourned at 3:45pm
