1) Justice Grauer issued injunction against Taseko preventing exploratory work and denied #Taseko its injunction against the Tsilhqot’in!
2) Injunction has time limit (Xeni Gwet'in or TNG gets time [90 days] to file judicial review of permits), Justice Grauer ordered costs against Tsilhqot'in, payable to Taseko, as an innocent 3rd party in this proceeding
