Wells - Regular Meeting on Tuesday, Nov 19th at 7pm in Wells Council Chambers (4243 Sanders Ave)
Quesnel - Committee of the Whole Mtg on Monday, Nov 18th at 7pm in Quesnel Council Chambers (2nd Floor - 410 Kinchant St). On the Agenda:
a) Telus to present new proposal for Cell Tower in South Quesnel by Rita Rd
b) 3 Quesnel BIA's request Council approval for BIA Renewal for 2014-19
c) 2014 Council Schedule
d) Quesnel Policies to be amended, remain same or rescinded

Williams Lake - Regular Meeting on Tuesday Nov 19th at 6pm and Public Hearing to follow at 7pm in WL Council Chambers (450 Mart St). On the Agenda:
Delgations (2) - RCMP Update & Community Arts Council re: Branding the City with Art
Business:
a) 2014 Fee for Service Contracts
b) Authorization for Mayor Cook to travel to Prince George for Northern Crime Reduction Strategy Meeting on Nov 28th
c) Council consider Place Brand model
d) Refer two DP's to Dec 3rd Council meeting for consideration. If approved - these two DP's will permit McDonald's to renovate its' property/exterior of building and also a new 50 unit hotel by Laughing Loon
e) Council to receive bi-weekly activity report of Mayor Cook

At 7pm on Nov 19th - WL Council will be holding a public hearing to consider Zoning Amendment Bylaw #2193 for 327 Oliver St. This is to legalize the existing use on the property. This amendment is sponsored by the City itself because of a procedure error that was made when the Council of the day adopted the current Zoning Bylaw #1825 back in 2002. I don't expect any opposition to this application. Council can adopt this bylaw on Tuesday if it so chooses
Finally - don't forget Williams Lake Council will be holding a Budget Meeting on Monday, Nov 18th at 6pm in the Rick Hansen Boardroom - WL City Hall basement
