As Councillor Rathor made mention during 'Roundtable' comments at tonight's WL Council meeting - Patricia Higgins will be leaving her post as the City's Director of Financial Services
Often I personally called upon Ms. Higgins to explain aspects of the City's Financial procedures or anything that was brought up during Budget meetings
I will miss her around WL City Hall and sincerely wish her the very best in her future endeavours…
