This afternoon, the City's 88th Birthday was celebrated at the Museum of the Cariboo-Chilcotin

Elected Officials present included Williams Lake Mayor Walt Cobb, Williams Lake City Councillor Ivan Bonnell, CRD Area 'D' Director Steve Forseth and former WL City Councillors Danica Hughes (2008-2011) and Geoff Bourdon (2008-2014)

Surinderpal Rathor, Museum of the Cariboo-Chilcotin Society VP, provided welcome comments, then words from George Atamanenko (Museum of the Cariboo-Chilcotin Society President), Jenny Huffman (Assistant to Cariboo-Chilcotin MLA Donna Barnett) and Cariboo-PG Member of Parliament Todd Doherty via video message

Finally - it was wonderful to chat with former WL City Councillor Danica Hughes :)
