The City Of Williams Lake spends $50K a year on ads in the Tribune yet they can not seem to ever advise the public that the Appliance Rebate and the Toilet Rebate are open to the public at large...looking at the cheque registry in the agenda posted here, it appears that it is only redeemed by City Hall Managers and insiders....
