Business:
1) The Committee completed its' review of the following 2021 Draft Business Plans:
* Areas A-L Administration
* Grants for Assistance
* Municipal Fiscal Services
* Feasibility Study
* Rural Feasibility Study
* Governance
* North Cariboo Recreation/Parks
2) The Committee received updates to revised 2021 Draft Business Plans, as follows:
* North, Central and South Cariboo Economic Development
* South Cariboo Transit
* Quesnel Highway Rescue
* Quesnel Search and Rescue
* Central Cariboo Recreation
* Heritage Conversation
3) The Committee reviewed/received a report from the Chief Financial Officer in regards to Provisional 2021 – 2025 Five Year Financial Plan reports
4) The Committee received a report of the Chief Financial Officer in regards to CRD 2021 insurance renewal
5) The Committee received a report of the CAO in respect of COVID-19 Safe Restart Allocations of $837,000
CONTRARY TO THE MOTION: Director M.Campsall (100 Mile House)
The Committee agreed to recommend to the Board the following, in respect of COVID-19 Safe Restart Fund Allocations of $837,000
a) COVID-19 Safe Restart Grant $837,000; CRD Community Support - Recreation Facility Support $300,000; CRD Community Support - Community Hall Support $108,000; CRD Emergency Programs - Capacity Building $100,000; CRD Finance - Digitization and Digital Records $46,550; CRD Community Services - Anahim Airport Support $41,250 and South Cariboo Mental Health Supports $70,000
b) CRD Community Services - Audio/Visual upgrades at Quesnel, Williams Lake and 100 Mile House Recreation Facilities -- $171,200
