Steve's Meeting/Expense Calendar - June 2022

In the month of June 2022 -- I attended the following meetings or events:

* June 3rd -- Attend final meeting as Co-Chair of 2022 NCLGA/North Central Local Government Association's Annual General Meeting/Convention Organizing Committee, via Zoom

* June 8th - Chaired 1st NCLGA Executive Committee meeting in my capacity as the 2022-23 NCLGA President 

* June 9th -- Committee of the Whole meeting at Barkerville in Cariboo RD Area "C" 

* June 10th -- Regional Hospital District and Regional District Meetings' at Barkerville in Cariboo RD Area "C" 

* June 11th - Attended Multicultural Potluck Dinner at McLeese Lake Community Hall

* June 14th - Attend monthly meeting of the Central Cariboo Arts/Culture Society Board of Directors, in my capacity as the CRD Central Cariboo Rural Director Liaison

* June 16th - Met with Williams Lake Tribune to announce my re-election plans for a 3rd term as the Cariboo RD Area "D" Director then attended the "Mobile Office" event held by Cariboo-North MLA Coralee Oakes' at the Tyee Lake Community/Fire Hall (6004 Guide Rd, Tyee Lake)

* June 17th (afternoon) and June 18th -- Attend 1st meeting of the 2022-23 NCLGA Board of Directors' in Prince George

* June 21st -- Attend 2022 National Aboriginal Day event in Boitanio Park

* June 22nd -- Attend June meetings of Central Cariboo Rural Directors' Caucus and Joint Committee

* June 23rd -- Attend Williams Lake and District Chamber of Commerce monthly luncheon, on behalf of Central Cariboo-Chilcotin Regional District Rural Directors'

In addition to the above, I had weekly check-in phone meetings with the NCLGA Executive Director in my capacity as 2022-23 NCLGA President.  As well, responded to inquiries from Cariboo RD Area "D" residents via phone, email, text, social media

In the month of June 2022 -- I submitted the following expenses:

* June 9/10 -- Mileage of $226.60 from Williams Lake to Barkerville and return; $206 for the Committee of the Whole meeting and $206 for Regional Hospital District and Regional District Board meetings' 

* June 22 -- $83 for Central Cariboo Rural Directors' Caucus and Joint Committee meetings
