The Municipal Council of the City of Williams Lake will consider the 2012 Annual Report at the Regular Meeting of Council to be held Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 450 Mart Street.
Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting and to present submissions or ask questions with respect to the report.
Copies of the Annual Report are available for inspection at City Hall, 450 Mart Street. Copies of the report will also be available at the meeting or can be downloaded from the City’s web site here

Have read the report - as a member of the public, I still don't understand why this City Council could not have its' Annual Report ready before the provincially legislated deadline of June 30th, their colleagues in Quesnel/100 Mile House had no problem meeting this deadline.
It truly appears, for whatever reason, that this Council has a leadership paralysis issue with sitting down with City Staff to write this report for reasons unknown except for the seven people who comprise our Williams Lake Municipal Council and maybe they'll explain this on July 16th. This report could have been written this spring and still meet the deadlines for an Annual Report, as imposed by the Community Charter
