Affirmative - Mayor Cook and Councillors Bourdon, Walters and Zacharias
Negative - Councillors Bonnell, Hughes, and Rathor
2) Council gave 1st, 2nd and 3rd Reading to Bylaw #2210, 2014 Tax Rates Bylaw by the following vote:
Affirmative - Mayor Cook and Councillors Bourdon, Walters and Zacharias
Negative - Councillors Bonnell, Hughes, and Rathor
3) Council agreed to request a report from City Staff regarding property assessment, property tax distribution and options for the consideration of Council
