Editor's Note - Councillor Rathor informs me that the 2014 Tax Rates Bylaw Final Adoption Vote was one of:
Affirmative - Mayor Cook and Councillors Bourdon, Walters and Zacharias
Negative - Councillors Bonnell, Hughes and Rathor
With that - Williams Lake Council's 2014 Budget process is now complete and the 2015 Budget process can begin with Staff starting to develop the 2015 Business Plans for the various City Departments. Council itself will begin 2015 Budget discussions starting sometime in September.
In the meantime - residents'/businesses of Williams Lake will pay 3% more in property tax than last year
