In one of her final acts as Cariboo RD Area B Director -- Heloise Dixon-Warren has written a report on her own perspective of how the North Cariboo Joint Planning Committee has operated this past term and how it has failed to address the issue of rural recreation in the North Cariboo, particularly around rural recreation commission support and how the governance issues around recreation in the North Cariboo and the connection from North Cariboo Joint Committee to Quesnel Council/CRD Board may be resolved going forward
