Business:
The Committee discussed the following matters:
a) Proposed Establishment of a Regional Trails and Parks Service
b) Floodplains and Landslides
c) Recreational Vehicles in the Regional District
d) Process to obtain UBCM Convention Meetings with Ministers and Ministry Staff (as requested by Director Forseth)
e) Role of Regional Districts/Electoral Area Directors during Preparation & Response for Emergencies (Presentation from Staff)
The Committee agreed to adjourn at 4:30pm
