2019 Statement of Financial Information Reports

As my blog stats says people looking for 2019 SOFI/Statement of Financial Information Reports... 

Annually - Local Governments across BC (including the Districts of Wells/100 Mile House, the Cities of Quesnel/Williams Lake, Cariboo Regional District and School Districts #27/28 are required to publish a Statement of Financial Information or SOFI Report covering remuneration/expenses for its' elected officials and for staff who make over $75,000 and a collective amount below $75,000.  SOFI Reports are required to be approved by the local government and submitted to the Provincial Government by June 30th of each year while Boards of Education are required to publish the same SOFI Reports by December 31st of each year as Local Governments run on the January - December financial calendar while Boards of Education run on the July 1st - June 30th financial calendar.  Please note as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the deadline for 2019 SOFI Reports ONLY was set at August 30th, 2020

For the District of Wells, City of Quesnel, City of Williams Lake, District of 100 Mile House and the Cariboo Regional District in respect of the 2019 Statement of Financial Information Reports:

1) District of Wells -- 2019 SOFI Report unavailable.  Contact the District's CAO for a copy via email here or by phone at 250-994-3330

2) City of Quesnel -- 2019 SOFI Report adopted back on May 26th, 2020.  Report can be viewed here

3) City of Williams Lake -- 2019 SOFI Report adopted back on July 14th, 2020.  Report can be viewed here

4) District of 100 Mile House -- 2019 SOFI Report unavailable.  Contact the District's Director of Finance for a copy via email here or by phone at 250-395-2434

5) Cariboo Regional District --- 2019 SOFI Report was adopted on June 19th, 2020.  Report can be viewed here (Director Remuneration/Expenses) and here (Staff Remuneration/Expenses)

As to School Districts #27 (Cariboo-Chilcotin) & #28 (Quesnel):

SOFI Reports for these organizations are generally available at the end of the year for the previous fiscal year -- so for the July 2019- June 2020 School Year -- these will be available in November/December....
