CCRHD Board met in Barkerville within the east portion of Area "C" of the Cariboo Regional District and the shared traditional territories of the Lhtako Dene and Secwepemc Nations:
Present: Vice-Chair A. Richmond; Directors Sjostrom, Bachmeier, Massier, Forseth, Delainey, LeBourdais, Wagner, Glassford, Kirby, Mernett, Macdonald, Coleman, Bonnell, and Pinkney
Cheryl Chapman/Mike Retasket provided an official Indigenous welcome to the Lhtako Dene and Secwepemc (Shuswap) shared traditional territories

Memorandum of Business, Delegations was received by the Board
Delegations - None
Business:
1) The Board received the "Hospital Consent Calendar" of as June 10th, 2022
2) The Board received a response letter from Interior Health in regards' to a letter authored by the Board Chair on March 9th, 2022
RESOLVED - That the Board agree to provide 40% of local RHD Funding for a Long Term Care bus at Deni House in Williams Lake, as per Interior Health's request of December 22nd, 2021
CONTRARY TO THE MOTION: Directors Bachmeier, Massier, Wagner and Kirby (Areas B,C,H,J)
3) The Board received a letter from the City of Quesnel requesting supplementary funding of $73,908.00 for recruitment/retention activities in the North Cariboo and endorsed the request
