CCRHD Board Highlights - April 14th mtg

Present: Chair A. Richmond/Vice Chair M. Sjostrom and Directors B. Bachmeier, J. Massier, S. Forseth, M. Neufeld, M. LeBourdais, M. Wagner, J. Glassford, T. Pare, B. Anderson, E. De Vries, and Alternate Directors D. Funk (District of Wells) and L. Roodenburg (City of Quesnel)

Meeting called to order at 9:30am 

The Chair recognized that the meeting was taking place on the traditional unceded territory of Williams Lake First Nation within Secwepemculecw and welcomed Alternate Directors Funk and Roodenburg from the District of Wells and City of Quesnel to today's meeting

Meeting agenda adopted 

Minutes of the CCRHD Board Meeting held March 24th, 2023 were received/adopted

The Board received the "Memorandum of Business - Delegations" as of April 14th, 2023

Business:

1) The Board received the North Cariboo Healthcare Recruitment and Retention 2023 Quarter 1 Report, as provided by Amy Reid -- Mgr. of Economic Development and Tourism, City of Quesnel

2) The Board received a letter from the South Cariboo Health Foundation requesting funding for the purchase of 3 Activac Machines for the 100 Mile House Hospital wound care clinic and a Lift and Stacking unit for the 100 Mile Hospital Morgue by way of a Foundation Partnership Grants in the amount of $42,414.00 and the said request was approved by the Board
