Present: Chair A. Richmond/Vice Chair M. Sjostrom and Directors Bachmeier, Massier, Forseth, Neufeld, Wagner, Glassford, Pare, Anderson, De Vries, Coleman, Paull, Rathor, Pinkney, Smith and Area "F" Alternate Director C. Bullinger 

Meeting called to order at 9:30am 

The Chair recognized that the meeting was taking place on the traditional, unceded territory of the Williams Lake First Nation within Secwepemculecw and welcomed Alternate Director Bullinger to today's meeting

Business:

1) The Board authorized the appropriate signatories to sign the Northern Health/Regional Hospital Districts Memorandum of Understanding Renewal, on behalf of the Cariboo Chilcotin Regional Hospital District

2) The Board agreed to funding for Northern Health’s Building Integrity in the amount of $147,801, reflecting the CCRHD’s 40% portion of costs and that the necessary bylaw be brought forward to the Board at its March 1, 2024 meeting for consideration of three readings and adoption.
