Council directed Staff to begin the process of a remedial action order on the property to fully secure and provide security, as it has been extensively vandalized.
Development Services
Council approved a development permit for the conversion of a carwash to drive-thru restaurant at 855 Rita Road. The applicant is proposing to convert the existing Andres Carwash into a drive-thru Popeyes restaurant.
REMINDER - Public Engagement on Operating Budget
Council is holding a Special Open meeting to discuss the 2024 Operating Budget. This will include a presentation, review & discussion, followed by an OPEN QUESTION PERIOD, allowing the public an opportunity to engage in the budget process.
