During the month of January 2024 -- I attended the following meetings or events:
* January 9th -- presented at Committee of the Whole (Williams Lake City Council) providing the Committee with an update regarding the Pine Valley Sewer System, a Cariboo RD provided service, and upcoming 2024 Rates for this Sewer System
* January 10th -- took the Cariboo RD Area "D" Advisory Planning Commission out for a thank you lunch for their service to the Electoral Area in 2023. Next: observed their meeting later in the afternoon to consider an ALR Application in the Soda Creek Valley. Next: participated in a meeting of the Central Cariboo Rural Directors' Caucus meeting and finally - observed a meeting of the McLeese Lake Recreation Commission where I provided a verbal report as to my activities as the Cariboo RD Area "D" Director
* January 11th -- Cariboo RD Finance/Budget Committee meeting to review the 2024 Budget of the Regional District
* January 12th -- Cariboo-Chilcotin Regional Hospital District and Cariboo Regional District Board Meetings
* January 24th -- Central Cariboo Joint Committee Meeting
In addition, responded to inquiries from Cariboo RD Area "D" residents via social media, phone or email...
As to expenses submitted in the month of January 2024:
* January 10th - $83 to attend monthly Central Cariboo Rural Directors' Caucus meeting
* January 11th -- $206 to attend Cariboo RD Finance/Budget Committee meeting
* January 12th -- $206 to attend monthly meetings of the Cariboo-Chilcotin Regional Hospital District and Cariboo Regional District Boards'
