Starting today (August 4, 2026) until September 11th, 2026 -- people who wish to run for Director, Electoral Area A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K,L of the Cariboo Regional District (CRD) can now pick up their candidate nomination package at the Cariboo Regional District offices in Quesnel, Williams Lake or 100 Mile House or download a package online at https://www.cariboord.ca/regional-government/elections-and-voting/candidate-information/
If prospective candidates have questions, they can reach out to the Cariboo RD's Chief Election Officer by phone at 250-392-3351 or by email at mailbox@cariboord.ca
Candidates can NOT file their completed forms with the CRD Chief Election Officer (or her Deputy) until September 1-11, 2026 with General Voting Day set in each Electoral Area (if required) on Saturday, October 17, 2026
