nice to give some relief to families after the liberal government has slashed all of the programs put in place to protect families. How nice of them to charge interest too on people who cant afford to pay the bill.....almost like a credit card.
Any supporter of the Liberal Party should be ashamed at what they have done over the past 4 years.
