BC NDP: Radio Ad in Oak Bay-Gordon Head is "Defamatory"

CBC-BC is running a story that suggests that the BC Liberal Party radio ad suggesting that the BC NDP is involved heavily in the recall effort against BC Liberal MLA Ida Chong is defamatory

Note - I've listened to both radio ads in question and I believe they are not defamatory as both radio ads cite information publicly avaiable and yet the BC NDP didn't cry "defamatory" then (release of NDP Provincial Council September Meeting Minutes)
