Next Steps for Dog Park in Williams Lake...

Given people are searching for information on a proposed Dog Park in Williams Lake...

Tomorrow  - WL Council, meeting in a Committee of the Whole (discussion/advisory body but can not make decisions), will consider a report from the City's Director of Community Services regarding the next steps for a Dog Park in the City of Williams Lake.  Top 3 sites under consideration include Boitanio Park, WL Stampede Grounds and the WL River Valley.

As well - Council will decide on whether or not to proceed with public financing for the Woodland Dr Water/Sewer Project and how to do so...

Finally - on Friday, the CCRHD Board will make a decision on financing 40% for 3 projects at the Cariboo Memorial Hospital/Health Care

I really hope they consider the Woodland Dr. water situation extremely carefully. Spending (what I've heard) will be over $1,000,000 for 47 people, at the taxpayers cost? Just so they can use their second (and in some cases, third) bathrooms?

Especially when the aquafer is already barely leveling out...
