Over the last few days and weeks - the public has observed an "internal fight" within the BC Conservatives' become a public battle with the latest revelation that BC Conservative MLA John van Dongen saying at a recent BC Conservative 'In-Camera' Board of Directors' meeting that he no longer supports John Cummins as Leader of the BC Conservatives

Before the internal strife became public - it was almost unthinkable that the BC Conservatives' would have internal issues become public. In discussing this matter with some here in Williams Lake, they think the time remaining before the next provincial election is so short that it would be impratical for the BC Conservatives' to hold a Leadership Race, given it would put a great strain on their finances, especially at a time when they are (or should be) preparing for a general election next May
For BC Liberals and their suppporters' - I am certain these public battles of BC Conservatives' are putting smiles on their faces and warming their political hearts...
For BC Conservatives and their supporters - they must wonder what it'll take to resolve the internal strife and move on to preparing for a general election battle with the BC Liberals, BC NDP and BC Greens
