Greyhound Service Reductions approved...

The Passenger Transportation Board approved the request of Greyhound Canada to reduce Greyhound bus runs in BC.  Read the full decision of the Board here

It should be noted many local governments like the City of Kamloops, the Thompson-Nicola Regional District and the City of Quesnel opposed the cutbacks

In fact -- Mayors from Barriere and Clearwater spoke out on today's Board decision and condemned the decision - read here

For myself - I am disappointed with the move as I used Greyhound often to visit family and understand the concern for those who lack a vehicle to travel from rural areas into urban areas
